The Library
The library which is situated within the College is joint use therefore it is used by both College students and members of the public.
Resources include a current stock of over 15,000 books, audio visual materials and computers.
All students should be members of the Cambridgeshire library system to enable them to borrow books and also for accessing online material including encyclopedias, biographies and dictionaries, historical and contemporary newspapers free of charge.
Students are issued with a Cambridgeshire library card which can be used at any of Cambridgeshire's public libraries. It also allows items borrowed from one library to be returned to another – this can be useful during school holiday times for students to return, renew or change books.
Opening Times
The library is open to students through out the school day from 8.30am to 4.00pm in addition to the public opening times.
Sawtry Public Library Opening hours
Following an agreement between the College and Cambridgeshire Public Library service, our students can use the College networked computers situated in the Library for homework/project purposes during public opening times.
